A self-taught artist and photographer, Shawn’s photographs have appeared in magazines including i-D, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, British Vogue, Vanity Fair, Vibe, Details, Interview, Index and Spin. He has exhibited at The Whitney Museum and The Guggenheim Museum and have had commercial assignments for companies including Stüssy, Supreme, Adriano Goldschmied, VH1 and Coca-Cola. In 2003, he published a coffee table book of his photographs that were part of a travelling exhibition. He has directed a number of music videos for artists including Tricky, Alice Temple and Bush, and is the recipient of an MTV Music Video Award. In 2007, Shawn will exhibit his paintings in New York City and Miami. He resides in Los Angles and New York.
