For the Latin American leg of the Smilei-D exhibition, the British Council very kindly sponsored this part of the tour. From Buenos Aires (pictured here), Santiago de Chile to Caracas, Smilei-D excited, informed and thrilled. Following the opening of the exhibition, workshops were held to introduce students to the fundamentals of producing a magazine and how to break into magazine publishing.
